Ingredients :
- Left over Rotis
- Capsicum (1)
- Onion (1)
- Garlic (2 pods)
- Black Pepper
- Chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Maggi sauce ( chilli)
- Butter/margarine/Can't believe its not butter (all optional)
- Shredded Mozarella cheese
- finely chop the onion, capsicum and garlic . You can use a food processor
- add black pepper , chaat masala and salt to taste
- Mix a little bit of chaat masala with the butter
- Use this to grease the roti and place this on the tava and heat it
- Wait for about a minute so that the roti gets slightly hard.
- spread the mixture you prepared across 1/2 the roti.
- drizzle some sauce on this . make sure to keep it at the centre, so that it doesnt drip
- sprinkle some shredded cheese on this
- fold the roti over this and turn over
- flip again till the cheese has melted
- Cut with a pizza cutter or just eat as it is.
